2nd & PCH | Retail & Restaurant Lifestyle Center | Long Beach, California

This contemporary shopping and dining center is located at the gateway between Orange County and Long Beach, California. The design embraces the seaside location and has an open air, modern coastal aesthetic. Emphasis was placed on a pedestrian friendly and communal site design, with plenty of outdoor gathering and lounge spaces, as well as highlighted pedestrian walkways connecting the project to the surrounding neighborhood. The end result is a beautiful and integrated lifestyle center. I acted as a consultant to the lead designer as well as the architect of record and helped to created Sketchup and Revit models of the site, Schematic and DD drawings, and coordinated rendering efforts and material selection.
