Culture Yard | Creative Office Campus | Costa Mesa, California

Culture Yard was an existing, four building office park which was in need of a new aesthetic and unique gathering spaces for the tenants. The redesign consisted of new fabric screen walls and green wall panels to enhance the existing building design, as well as operable garage doors to provide access to exterior patio and meeting spaces. The central courtyard was also thoughtfully redesigned with lounge and amenity spaces for new tenants. I assisted in the building façade design, modeling, and documentation of the exterior remodel.
