Golden Road Brewery | Restaurant Design & Construction | Huntington Beach, California

This project began as a simple tenant improvement within the Peter’s Landing Marina remodel, and turned into a full service design, construction, and coordination venture. The existing space required careful documentation and attentive space planning, while health and building codes for an ‘open-air’ bar / dining area meant that we had to thoughtfully enclose brewery and cooking equipment. While completing design and construction drawings for city permitting, our team worked closely with the Golden Road team and project contractor in order to solve these issues and to create a truly unique ‘coastal hangout’. We met with the team weekly on-site to work out any construction complications, and to ensure that the built design met Golden Road’s impressive vision for their harborside brewery.
