Peter’s Landing Marina | Dining, Retail, & Office | Huntington Beach, CA

This existing retail and office center sat in an idyllic location on Huntington Harbor, but was in need of renovation and update. The redesign and remodel focused on bringing a more coastal and contemporary design aesthetic to the center, as well as adding outdoor amenities to take advantage of the beautiful waterfront setting. The end result was a contemporary Spanish aesthetic with a beautiful public boardwalk, large grass lawn for play and gathering, and serene outdoor patios with views to the adjacent marina. I assisted the lead designer with the exterior redesign, modeling, and documentation.
