Speculative Office Suites at Culture Yard | Interior Design | Costa Mesa, California

After finishing the exterior Concept Design for Culture Yard Campus, the client asked our team to develop a speculative suite design to attract new tenants. We wanted this suite design to be inspiring, playful, and innovative and to align with the contemporary and creative exterior aesthetic. We began the spec suite design with an innovative and lively material palette and seating arrangement in the common area, and then spread that aesthetic through the office and meeting spaces. Signage, fixtures, and furniture were all carefully designed and chosen to cultivate the creative atmosphere of the space. This project grew into a full interior redesign of common spaces and restrooms throughout Culture Yard. These areas were designed with a warm, modern feel, and the end result was a truly unique and beautiful office space.
