Waterfront Village | Mixed Use Lifestyle Center | Pennsylvania

This project site sits along the Monongahela River and was originally the heart of steel production within Pittsburg. The 300 acre site contains a mix of retail and entertainment, and the program seeks to breathe new life into the aging project with the following: addition of a residential component along the river, increased GLA for retail and dining, the addition of site amenities including water features and green space, and redevelopment of the heart of the project into a pedestrian only main street/town center. I completed site planning exercises, modeled the entire site in both CAD and SketchUp, and completed building design and plans for the client.
